Dr. Sula Windgassen is a leading Health Psychologist with over 30 published papers and media features in
Women’s Health, Psychologies Magazine, iNews, and Red Magazine.
She holds a PhD from King’s College London and is an HCPC-accredited psychologist, CBT therapist, EMDR therapist,
and Mindfulness Teacher. Dr. Sula specializes in evidence-based approaches that strengthen the mind-body connection to improve wellbeing.
